Lisa Wilson
Ward 1
Lisa Wilson has been a Lexington City Council Member since her appointment in 2017 and is retired from State Farm Insurance. She appreciates the strong bonds she shares with her friends and neighbors in Lexington. Her vision for the city includes continuing to revitalize Main Street buildings to attract more businesses, fostering the growth of Lexington Schools while preserving the town's small-town charm, and hopefully bringing in a tattoo parlor.

Shane Little
Ward 1
Shane Little was appointed to the City Council in 2021. He has called Lexington home for 23 years, works in manufacturing, and raised two children in the community. He loves the tight-knit sense of community in Lexington, where collaboration and concern for the youth's future are paramount. Alongside coaching sports, hunting, and fishing, Shane's is interested in enhancing Lexington's infrastructure and supporting the promising future of its youth through the schools and other community activities.

Jim Mattingly
Ward 2
Jim Mattingly, a Lexington City Council Member appointed in 2021, is a 54-year resident of the city who retired as a truck tech mechanic. Jim's hobbies include auto racing and camping. He appreciates how everyone in Lexington looks out for one another and want to do his part to help the city thrive.

Mike Richard
Ward 2
With 23 years as a Lexington resident, Mike Richard's roots run deep. A lifelong farmer, Mike was elected to the City Council in 2015. He appreciates the close-knit community and secure atmosphere in Lexington, where residents respect each other's individuality and privacy while enjoying accessible businesses and educational opportunities. Mike's hobbies include golf and darts. His vision for Lexington is to grow businesses and family housing while preserving the small-town charm and close community ties that make our town special.

Judd Stover
Ward 3
Judd Stover grew up in rural Lexington, went to college in McLean County, and moved back to Lexington in the 2010s to raise his family and send his kids to Lexington Public Schools. Judd is the district sales manager for NuAg, supporting local agriculture by selling corn and soybean seed. He enjoys attending his kids' sporting events, fishing, boating, and being outdoors. Jim loves that Lexington residents come together for the common good, supporting neighbors, school events, and community efforts. Judd is interested in helping Lexington have a strong emergency preparedness plan, long-term sustainability for the schools and local businesses, and maintaining high-quality public works.

John Franklin's family has resided in Lexington for generations and John has lived in the city his entire life. John is retired and has served on the City Council since 2019. John enjoys traveling, camping, and mowing. John gets excited to see a bustling Main Street on weekends and is passionate about the agricultural roots of Lexington. His vision for the future of Lexington includes helping the city continue to have a strong financial base and continue to bring in new residents and businesses.
